Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to most mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to postcodes in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Overseas. Due to the perishable nature of our products (requiring items to be delivered and refrigerated within 24 hours) we are unable to offer this service. Thank you for your understanding. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to a certain postcode, please contact us first, before placing your order. We do ask that you please check before placing an order if you require it urgently.
 
When Will I Get My Pies?
When ready to go, everything is dispatched via APC for next day delivery. We endeavour to dispatch our orders on Wednesdays & Thursdays however please bear in mind that we are a small husband and wife business and everything is handmade in small batches.  We will dispatch your order once it has has been reviewed to confirm minimum order amounts have been reached. When we receive your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time depending on our current stock levels. If we are unable to fulfil your order within your expected delivery time we will refund you if the delivery date is not suitable for you. Please note our next day courier cannot deliver weekends.


Keeping Food Frozen
Everything is wrapped in completely sustainable wool packaging. The addition of iced gel packs ensures the contents stay frozen until delivered. The wool packaging is 100% compostable & biodegradable so if you don’t want to re-use the packaging, nor recycle the wool in any way then just chuck it on the compost heap. Or give it to someone else who will have a use for it. Please do no put it in landfill even though it will naturally biodegrade in 6-12months. Delivery if you are not in
As your order comprises perishable frozen food it must be delivered on the day; it cannot be returned to the depot for re-delivery. Please ensure you will be home to receive your frozen delivery. If there is a chance you might not be in at any point on the morning of delivery please leave details of a safe place for your package to be left. We are not responsible if you are not at home to receive you order. Thank you! 
 
Please note all our products are hand made in small batches and that items which contain game are subject to availability due to the ingredients sometimes being elusive of the hunter! All pies & sausages rolls are supplied frozen uncooked with recommended cooking instructions & all allergens listed. There are no artificial colourings or preservatives used in the making of our products. We are happy to supply full allergen information on request.
