Terms & Conditions

We have recently had to make some changes to our delivery policy due to increased costs across the board to our small business.

In general, more than 95% of our consignments arrive without issue. However on the odd occasion where there is a problem with the courier service, a parcel may not arrive within the designated next day timeframe.

Unfortunately we are unable to claim from the courier for spoiled perishable goods when they fail to deliver the consignment as per the premium next day service that we pay them for.

We can now no longer sustain the cost of refunding the full cost back to our customers on the odd occasion when their service fails.

We are therefore  now only able to refund our customers 50% of the cost of the order (including carriage) if the order does not arrive the day after despatch in the frozen condition promised.
